The story(*)Show

DisanTHOMAU(*)Exhibition

Sagitarius
is a graphic designer & storyteller(*)crafting visual worlds, curiosity - in pursuit of meaningful creation(**)
I AM SOMEONE WHO STRIVES TO CREATE WORK THAT TRULY STANDS APART - NOT JUST FOR THE SAKE OF BEING DIFFERENT
BUT BECAUSE I BELIEVE EVERY DISTINCTIVE IDEA SHOULD BE GROUNDED IN CLEAR LOGIC.
ARBITRARY LOGIC IS WHAT FUELS MY CURIOSITY AND GUIDES THE WAY I SOLVE BRANDING CHALLENGES.

(A dialogue)

"between creativity and authenticity."

(For me),
layout and hierarchy
are not just technical elements - they are the backbone of good design.
I believe that clear structure and visual flow create meaning, guide the audience’s attention, and ensure a brand’s identity speaks consistently. Whether in branding or design in general, I treat hierarchy as a silent language that shapes how people feel, read, and remember."

(Balance between)
analysis and creativity, where logic(*) guides design, and design gives logic a voice.

Data Visualization
Every chart, graph, or visual element is a chance to uncover patterns, reveal insights, and design a structure that makes complex information intuitive and engaging

(Thrive in)
teamwork and brainstorming environments
where ideas are openly shared, challenged, and refined. I believe that collaboration sparks creativity and that the best solutions come from collective thinking. My strength lies in listening, contributing with clarity, and helping to shape diverse perspectives into a coherent direction.

StickyRice*[in] SaiGon*
This project was a full branding concept developed for GIANH, created for Sala Bistro - an intimate eatery celebrating Hanoi’s iconic green sticky rice (xôi cốm) in the vibrant setting of Saigon. Drawing from the dish’s fresh hue and rich cultural symbolism, our visual language blends traditional sensibilities with bold, modern graphics to create a brand identity that is both rooted in heritage and refreshingly on‑trend.
Through the use of high‑saturation colors and clean visual elements, the design reflects GIANH’s promise: honoring tradition while standing out in a contemporary urban landscape.

DISHES*
This project was a visual identity design for HUA MIAN, a concept born from the rich cultural heritage of the Chinese community in Cho Lon, Saigon. Inspired by the deep meanings and historical stories behind traditional Chinese dishes, the brand seeks to preserve and share this culinary legacy with a modern audience. Our design approach focused on blending classic Eastern aesthetics with contemporary minimalism, reflecting the essence of HUA MIAN: timeless, heartfelt, and quietly powerful.

2024-2025| LOGO FOLIO
In my work, I treat type as a living form. I ask: What is it trying to say, and how does it want to be heard? Serif or sans, bold or whisper-thin, each decision I make is not just aesthetic, but intentional. I pay attention to the negative space, the tension between letters, the pacing between lines. Because good typography isn’t loud - it resonates.
(Logo)
a mark of
enduring [*]
brand legacy
In every logo I create, I strive to go beyond aesthetics. For me, a logo is not just a visual mark - it’s a vessel of meaning. I focus on the values, stories, and deeper messages that the brand wants to communicate.
Each design in this portfolio reflects a thoughtful process where concept and clarity come first. That’s the essence I aim to capture: a logo that speaks, not just looks.

EXPERIMENTING WITH PLANNING EXHIBITION CONCEPT & LAYOUT
By shaping and playing with spaces, I develop stories that immerse both myself and the audience in a creative flow.
This process allows me to immerse myself in the flow of creativity, while also inviting the audience to step into that same narrative journey.

“Time Perception” is an art exhibition that reflects on how our sense of time accelerates in modern life. The showcased works create immersive visual and spatial experiences, where fleeting moments, fragmented memories, and shifting realities overlap. The exhibition invites viewers to pause, reflect, and question how we perceive and inhabit the passage of time.

"Giao Quang" is a magical convergence of ideas and the creative flow of many souls - where individual rays of light intersect and intertwine to form a radiant source of luminous energy. Each shape, whether grand or subtle, is a unique fragment of energy; when united, they ignite into a powerful entity of light - expansive, inspiring, and endlessly resonant.

dynamic 3D and motion design,
I bring stories to life with movement, depth, and meaning. This is where design meets emotion, and creativity never stands still.

3D Design (&)
motion design
I view 3D not just as building shapes, but as building worlds. It’s not simply about creating models, it’s about creating emotions - through texture, through motion, through how light touches a surface. Being a 3D designer is being inside the process: inside the scene, inside the movement, inside the imagination of the viewer.
* Modeling *Shading *Lighting *Motion
Yet, as much as I love it, I haven’t had enough time to fully dive in. My 3D practice exists in fragments - moments stolen between projects, small experiments in Blender, quick renders that never quite become full worlds.
It’s less about mastery right now, and more about keeping the spark alive - a reminder that there’s still more to learn, when time allows.

Exploring how layout, flow, and customer experience come together is an important part of my work, and it often inspires the way I approach branding.
Understanding these elements helps me create designs that not only look good but also connect naturally with how people interact in a space.
